Where did 2017 go? Out of the 365 days, we had our fair share of happy days, a handful of long days at work, only a couple of sad days, and luckily quite a few days of random adventures!

Each season brought us a little something different: This spring, we had to say good-bye to Ray (Shelby’s grandpa) who has carved his many stories, sawdust aroma and love for board games into our hearts.

Summer brought a new life into our home: Eddie. He is our first real pet together (because can you really count the 17 goldfish?). He’s been a learning experience, our morning alarm clock, an excuse to exercise and a delight in our lives!

Fall gave us new adventures with our travels to New York. And as Ned Stark promised, winter has come!

Looking back at 2017, it’s been a good year with new routines, same jobs, different challenges but still lots of good times. Wishing everyone a joyful closure to their 2017 and a fantastic start to the new year!
