Sleeping the night away

Olivia has blessed us in so many ways, but one of the things we’re most thankful for is her nighttime sleeping! When we first brought Olivia home, she was drinking 10-11 bottles a day, about every 3 hours. We would have quite a few night feedings, but we got used to it (and she was good at falling back to sleep after her midnight snacks).

When she turned 3 months old, something inside her internal clock and stomach said “I don’t need to drink milk at 2am anymore.” And we gladly accepted this new routine!

Since then, we’ve had the occasional night waking (due to teething, wonder week, regression, etc), but we remain part of a small group of extremely lucky parents.
